  • Problem-solve barriers to consistent movement
  • Create a plan to get started
  • Provide support as you get started and help you to work through challenges as they arise

Holistic Wellness Planning and Support

You may be seeking more balance and peace in your life, but are unsure how to get there.

I offer coaching to help you:

  • Understand how the various aspects of holistic wellness – mind, body, spirit, and relationships – apply to your life
  • Inventory your behaviors for their impact on your overall wellness
  • Create a wellness plan that meets your needs
  • Identify barriers and develop for solutions
  • Implement plan and assess strategies as you go

Estimated number of sessions

Every client’s needs and circumstances are different.

As a general rule, I recommend committing to at least five to seven sessions.

After the first initial sessions, we will determine the frequency of visits and collaboratively create goals.

In general, I recommend beginning with weekly sessions to build momentum and then tapering to bi-weekly or monthly, when appropriate.
